There are a wide range of excellent free resources out there, here are just a few of the ones we recommend:

Menopause Support provides low-cost appointments with specially trained nurse counsellors. The 1-1 sessions cost £75 and include a 45 minute telephone or video consultation to talk, in confidence, and have all your questions answered about menopause, HRT and alternative treatments. A letter for your GP can be provided after the consultation if you would like and is included in the cost of your consultation. They also provide a free to download PDF booklet that gives a very helpful introduction to all things menopause.

Women’s Health Concern is the patient arm of the British Menopause Society and has an extensive range of factsheets plus an email advisory service (donation of £10 requested for this).

The Daisy Network is a charity that provides support and information for those experiencing Primary Ovarian Insufficiency.

Cycle of Change is a great short animated film about perimenopause: https://cycleofchange.org/

For those of you in the US, the North American Menopause Society also has some great resources available.
