Managing the Menopause Team

We are passionate about providing excellent, evidence-based information to people going through perimenopause and into post-menopause.

We support progressive organizations that want to go beyond box-ticking to ensure their employees thrive and continue to develop as they navigate the ‘midlife collision’ and the challenges and changes that menopause can bring.

Emma Thomas

Emma’s experience in coaching, internal communications and change management make her perfectly placed to help organizations plan and execute strategies to become more ‘menopause-friendly.’

In her last corporate role, she championed DE&I through leading the organisation’s largest employee resource group for gender equality, delivering a wide range of online and in-person events and tripling engagement over two years.

Emma is also the host of the successful Middling Along podcast (A Top 5% global podcast, listed as one of the Top 25 podcasts for menopause and midlife by The Latte Lounge).

Emma lives in Oxford with her husband and two children, and is also a Director of the Udjat CIC, which operates a wide-range of projects within Oxford and beyond. This year she’ll be going ‘back to school’ to study for an additional coaching qualification at Henley Business School.

“Emma is a beacon of inspiration in a world of menopause fear and misinformation. Her grounded, clear, evidence-based approach to workplace solutions, symptom management, self-care, and medication are changing the experience of 1000s of people. Through her consultancy work, trainings, and of course the brilliant Middling Along podcast shines out as a positive force for good for people in menopause transition and for the people around them.” Kate Codrington, author of Second Spring
